Small Business Set-Asides
Jobs Details: "The Small Business Administration (SBA) encourages government purchasing agencies to set aside suitable government purchases for exclusive small business competition. A purchase which is restricted to small business bidders is identified by a set aside clause in the invitation for bids or request for proposals. There is no overall listing of procurements which are, or have been, set aside for small business. A small business learns which purchases are reserved for small business by getting listed on bidders' lists. It also can help keep itself informed of set aside opportunities by referring to the Commerce Business Daily. Your local SBA office can provide you with more information on set asides. To locate your nearest SBA office, call 1-800-827-5722 or {www.sba.gov}." Grant URL: http://www.sba.gov
