Consortia of American Businesses in the Newly Independent States (CABNIS)

This program was modeled after CABEE and stimulates U.S. business in the Newly Independent States (NIS) and assists the region in its move toward privatization. CABNIS is providing grant funds to nonprofit organizations to defray the costs of opening, staffing, and operating U.S. consortia offices in the NIS.
