Orlando Utilities Commission offers a no interest loan to its residential customers to insulate their attics to a minimum R-19 level. The maximum amount that can be financed is $600. In connection with the rebate (http://www.ouc.com/home/rebates.htm#1) offered by OUC for attic insulation, $100 will be deducted from the financed amount.
