Rochester Public Utilities (RPU) offers incentives for its residential customers to install energy efficient equipment in their homes through their Conserve and Save Rebate Program. Eligible efficiency technologies are: clothes washers/dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators/freezers, dehumidifiers, water heaters, lighting, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, building insulation, motors, and ceiling fans with lighting. Incentives range from $15 up to $100-300 for boilers.
