Health Details: "Each year Lions Clubs around the country provide 600,000 free professional glaucoma screenings, perform 25,000 cornea transplants, collect over 3 million pairs of glasses, and provide thousands with free quality eye care. Services are provided based on need, and programs and services can be developed according to specific community needs. Lions Clubs conduct Hometown Day that brings people to Lenscrafters for eye exams and eyeglasses free of charge.
