Ex-Im provides working capital loans to U.S. exporters and guarantees repayment of loans or makes loans to foreign purchasers of U.S. goods and services. Financing extends to all types of goods and services with the exception of those related to the military. The product or service must be comprised of 50% U.S. content and not adversely affect the U.S. economy. Lenders may charge a market rate of interest on guaranteed loans.
