Insurance Coverage For Technical Assistance Companies Doing Business Overseas

This program protects investments in the form of technology and know-how , or services, pursuant to technical assistance agreements between the U.S. and foreign companies. This coverage is limited to companies providing technology or services. Coverage is provided for 90% of payment accrued but unpaid as a result of inconvertibility, expropriation, or political violence.
