Tampa Electric provides a rebate for high efficiency heat pumps (14+ SEER) through their Heating and Cooling Rebate Program. With this program, customers can be credited $100 for replacing an existing heat pump with a high efficiency heat pump, or $250 for replacing an electric resistance heater with a qualified heat pump.
